Two new high quality residential tower development by Lend Lease consisting of two 32 Storey, building with 500 premium and deluxe apartments located in the thriving Docklands Precinct. The ground floor is dedicated to 25+ retail tenancies with 17 designed for fine food restaurants. Intended to be a state of the art building that sets the standard for all new future apartment buildings provides breathtaking and spectacular views from all apartments.

Lend Lease initiated the requirement to achieve a minimum "4 star" Green Star residential energy rating for the building. JJA's played a significant role in successfully achieving this prestigious award with major design modified during the latter period of documentation. JJA also assisted in developing a new energy star rating tool for residential buildings in collaboration with Lend Lease.

JJA was responsible for the design & documentation of a new state of the art Fibre To The Home (FTTH) network consisting of over 1000 single mode optic fibre terminations, over 8 km of optic fibre cables, new hardware to support - fully integrated communications, data, security, CCTV, BAS, video intercom, FTA TV, Pay TV, apartment energy monitoring, lighting control systems to name a few to operate under a single platform.
