JJA were engaged to provide design services for the construction of new fine dining Sepia & Yakimono restaurants located within the new iconic 80 Collins Street, Melbourne high rise building. Each restaurant occupying 2 large levels of the podium section of the building designed to accommodate a total of approximately 500 patrons

Avalon Airport

Avalon Airport's domestic terminal building was provided with a new hospitality extension consisting of a full commercial kitchen, licensed bar and dining area to accommodate 300-400 passengers. We had to overcome significant design challenges due to working within a live and fully operational airport.

Trust Restaurant & Bar

Total of the ground floor of the National Trust listed Port Authority building in Market Lane was refurbished in to a world class restaurant consisting of a full commercial kitchen, licensed bar and dining area.

We had to overcome extreme design challengers in order to accommodate the integrity of the classic building and National Trust guidelines.
